What is Craniosacral Therapy?

  Gentle holistic ‘hands on’ therapy, which supports the body physiological functions

  Funded by Osteopath Dr.Garner Sutherland who discovered the presence of tides in the body that he believed were

connected to the Cerebral Spinal Fluid that bathes the Central nervous System

✓  As a practitioner, I palpate tides in order to support health and shift the body into a more relaxed mode of being

allowing the body to function optimally.

    

Who is it for?

I have been working with a variety of clients: mothers and fathers, athletes, academics, corporate, retired, children (accompanied with their legal guardians)

To support pain and discomfort such as headaches, back and shoulder tensions

  Because they prefer gentle non-invasive therapies

Craniosacral therapy has been shown to be beneficial for treating symptoms associated with:

What to expect during a Craniosacral Therapy session?

  The session usually last 60 minutes

  You remain fully clothes

✓  A light physical contact with the body. Children are treated in the company of a parent and babies may be

     treated in the arms of their parents.

✓  Point of contact vary and are usually at feet, head and the sacrum; contact is discussed with the client.
